USING PRETTY CREATIVE`S GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers make wonderful presents, allowing the recipient to choose exactly what they would like at a time that suits them.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the end of the month of purchase. The valid until date is written on the back of the voucher and may be extended should it need to be, if you email or phone me, giving the voucher reference number.

There are different ways to redeem your Gift Voucher - these are:

Paying by Telephone:

Please telephone your order through on 01335 390380 ( Monday to Friday only), and tell me the reference number on the back of your voucher, together with its value. I will then deduct the appropriate amount from your order.

Paying by Cheque or Postal Order:

Either write a list, or select the items required in the shopping basket and print out the checkout page, noting that you wish to use your gift voucher and its value, and enclose it with the order, then post to me at the address shown in the Contact Us page.

Paying Via the Web-site:

At checkout, select the appropriate voucher redemption value from the drop down Shipping Menu - ie: Redeem £10 Gift Voucher, free UK Postage, click on this, and the voucher value will be deducted from the order. Please ensure that you email me after placing the order in this way, quoting the reference number on the back of the voucher. E-mails should be sent to: info@prettycreativeathawthornlane.com Unless the reference number is provided, the gift voucher will not be honoured and the appropriate monies, including postage where applicable will be sought before the order can be dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GIFT VOUCHERS MAY ONLY BE REDEEMED ONCE, AND THAT NO CHANGE OR CREDIT CAN BE GIVEN FOR PARTLY USED VOUCHERS.
