ORDERING FROM US - Making a purchase order could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for details that we will need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment via Protx which means you can shop from any part of the world. Your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.

We also accept UK cheques and Postal Orders as payment - details on how to pay in this way are available at check out.

We use Royal Mail First Class postage for our orders and aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days of receipt of payment.

Our UK postage rates are currently:

Orders up to £10 = £1.00
Orders up to £15.00 = £1.50
Orders up to £20.00= £2.00
Orders up to £25.00 = £2.50
Orders up to £30.00 = £3.00
Orders over £30.00 = Free

Special Delivery Next Working Day ( by 1pm) = £5.95
Special Delivery Saturday £6.95

We offer standard Airmail postal services to our International customers charged at cost and calculated on the weight of your goods at checkout.


SPECIAL SERVICES
Packages may be sent, by request and at cost to the purchaser, via Royal Mail recorded or special delivery, please contact us for details.

PAYMENT - in full must be received with your order, either by cheque, postal order or via debit or credit card through the Protx checkout attached to this site.
We will be pleased to forward a pro-forma invoice on request, alternatively print off the View Basket page and post to us, together with payment and your address details.

Please note that no order will be dispatched until payment in full has been received.

STRICTLY MAIL ORDER ONLY - Please note that we are strictly mail order only and do not offer any facilities for the collection of orders nor the physical viewing of products.

RETENTION OF TITLE
1) Property,legal or beneficial, in any goods supplied by the seller shall only pass to the buyer when the seller has received full payment for all the sums then owed by the buyer to the seller.
2) Goods in respect of which property has remained with the seller shall be
kept identifiable as those of the seller, and the buyer shall at its own expense immediately return such goods to the seller, or permit the seller to enter the buyers premises to collect such goods should the seller so request. 3) Risk shall pass to the buyer with possession ofgoods.

TELEPHONE ORDERS We are pleased to accept telephone orders on 01335 390380 between 9 am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

DESCRIPTIONS Are those used commonly in the trade and unless otherwise stated refer to imitation products. Colours of items will vary with each shipment, however we try to keep these to the smallest margins.

NICKEL CONTENT: Plated metal items, where applicable, comply to the EC directive restricting the use of nickel in jewellery making.

TIBETAN SILVER : As appearing in items and descriptions on this site, refers to a generic name for a metal compound which may contain as little as 1-2% pure silver, and consist of a mix of other base metals including copper, tin, antimony and in some cases nickel.

STOCK We carry a vast range of many hundreds of items, so from time to time we may not be able to supply ex-stock. We try to carry enough stocks to cover our requirements, however if we are out of stock we will give a refund.

DESPATCH We aim to despatch all orders within 3-4 working days. Please allow a little extra time in the run up to Christmas or during School Holidays - please see our Hours Of Business section for details.

RETURNS Except for faulty goods or items incorrectly dispatched we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 15%. We ask that you email in advance of the item return, and that any returns should be made within 14 days of delivery. Refunds may be given or goods of an equal value supplied. Postage costs are not refundable.

If a customer is not available to sign for their order and does not respond to the attempted delivery note provided by Royal Mail and the order is then returned by Royal Mail to Pretty Creative, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the repeat postage costs incurred in re-sending the order by the same service. If the original order was eligible for free delivery, postage at a rate of £3.00 will be charged on the repeat dispatch. We will contact the customer and confirm that they still wish to proceed with their order, advising them of this postal charge and collecting the money for it before dispatch. If the customer wishes to decline having the order re-sent or no response is received from the customer within 30 days, the order amount will be refunded via the original payment method minus the original postage charge where applicable and a re-stocking fee of either 25% or £2.50 - whichever is greater.

EXCHANGES: Goods may be exchanged for items of the same value, but please note postage is charged on the supply of the exchanged goods, at the rate appropriate to the value of the goods exchanged. Payment for the postage of such items must be received before exchanges are sent out.

FAULTY MATERIALS Goods will be replaced or a full refund of the purchase price issued if proven faulty in manufacture, but no liability will be accepted for consequential loss or damage of any description in respect of goods sold. Faulty goods should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, having first notified us of the intention to return, via email or telephone. Please check items before making jewellery up.

Please note that any provision for replacement or return applies only between you, the customer, and Pretty Creative at Hawthorn-Lane, the supplier, and excludes the rights of any third party , such as a person you have sold a piece of handmade jewellery to, which is made up of some or all or our products.
DYED BEADS We cannot hold ourselves responsible for surface dyed beads and in the event of any claim sellers liability shall in no circumstances exceed the invoice price of the said goods.

PRICES Prices quoted are current as of this date, but we reserve the right to make alterations as necessary without notice and in this event orders will be invoiced accordingly and if necessary a lesser amount of goods will be sent.

QUANTITIES Supplied as the package amount states. These packages cannot be broken or mixed colours supplied so as to make up a larger quantity for a lower price.

COLLECTION We are an internet based business and do not offer a collection facility to our customers.
