Postage and Delivery

We use Royal Mail First Class postage for all of our orders.

We aim to dispatch orders within 4-5 working days of receipt of payment and dispatch 98% of our orders much sooner than this - many go out on our next working day. We prefer to state a timescale which is achievable during our busiest times ( September to December) - for our customers to use as a guideline.

Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days

UK Postage Rates:

Orders up to £50.00 = £2.25

Orders over £50.01 = free

Special Delivery can be arranged - payment for this service is only available over the telephone on 01335 390380 and is in addition to standard delivery charges. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail and the cost is calculated on the weight of the items you purchase and is calculated as you shop, with the total amount of postage payable being displayed in the drop down shipping menu at checkout.

Please note that the purchaser is liable for any charges concerning customs and import duty relating to the country they ask for their order to be delivered to and that it is illegal to request us to send goods marked as a gift or commercial sample to avoid these charges. If you are not prepared to operate within the law and pay the charges due then please do not order from us.
