International Orders

We are pleased to take international orders for our products and payment via Mastercard or Visa is welcomed through our Sagepay secure server checkout system. These are the only forms of payment available for customers outside the UK. All International Orders now have the option of being sent by International Recorded Delivery, a trackable service which enables the customer to claim for the value of the package from Royal Mail in the event of non-delivery. This service has been introduced for the protection of our customers.

Please note that there is a weight limit for orders to be shipped internationally and this currently stands at 2 kilogrammes which is the maximum weight possible to send via Airmail.We are a UK VAT registered business, VAT Registration Number 108 4362 29 and have to, by law, charge VAT to all our UK and European Union Customers. If you are ordering from outside the European Union, we will need to refund the VAT charged on your order to you and will do so by refunding it to your credit card once your order has been processed.
