How To Order

ORDERING FROM US:

Making a purchase order could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in to your shopping basket. We take payment by debit or credit card through the website or by phone.

Paying Over the Internet: after finishing your selection, click on Pay By Sagepay to pay by credit or debit card.

We accept credit and debit card payment via Sagepay secure server.


Payment Over The Phone may be possible: Call us on 0560 3113373 during advertised working hours - which are generally
Monday to Wednesday 8.30 - 4.00pm, Thursday 1.30pm to 4.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm. I cannot always guarantee to be able to answer your call, so if you get the answerphone, please leave a number where you can be contacted and I will get back you when I can. >Please note we do not work weekends or Bank Holidays.

Payment by BACS: Please select pay by BACS at checkout and fill in the name and address details for your order and click Complete order, this then sends the order through to us. Then arrange the payment via bank transfer with your chosen bank -using the details below:

All payments must be made in Great British Pounds Sterling.

Do you take any other forms of payment?

Please note that we can no longer accept payment by cheque due to our bank's extortionate charging policy.

We can , however, accept uncrossed British Postal orders with no recipient details printed on them. If you would like to pay by postal order, please fill your basket and complete the order, by taking the BACS payment option and filling in the name and address details on there, then pressing Complete Order. This will send the order to us.

Then, please obtain an uncrossed British Postal Order for the full payment total, leaving the recipient details blank, and post to us, together with a note of the corresponding order number to:

Please note we will be unable to accept any crossed postal orders with the recipients name printed on it, as it has to be paid into a named bank account and so will cost the same as a cheque to process.


Payment in full must accompany every order and no goods will be dispatched without payment having been made prior to this.
