HOURS OF BUSINESS

Pretty Creative was set up to enable me to work from home whilst being on hand to care for my 3 school aged children as and when they need me. It is important to me to have this flexibility as I live in a remote area with no childcare facilities.

With this in mind, my normal working hours are:

Monday: 1.30 to 4.30pm
Tuesday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

Please take into consideration the fact that , on occasion, they or I can be ill, and so I reduce my working hours accordingly, catching up when back at full strength.

Also, delivery times may take a little longer during school half term and summer holidays whilst I juggle work and the children and I ask for your empathy and understanding on this. I endeavour to process orders within 4-5 working days at these times. Your business is important to me and should an order be urgent during these times, please telephone me on 0560 3113373 or email me at penniebarker@prettycreativeathawthornlane.com to alert me to this fact.

Please note that Pretty Creative is strictly mail order only and I do not offer facilities for the collection of orders nor the ability to physically view my products before dispatch. Please respect my family"s privacy regarding this matter.

FEBRUARY HALF TERM: MONDAY 15TH- FRIDAY 19TH FEBRUARY

EASTER: FRIDAY 2ND- FRIDAY 16TH APRIL

SPRING BANK HOLIDAY: MONDAY 31ST MAY - FRIDAY 4TH JUNE

SUMMER HOLIDAY: FRIDAY 23RD JULY - 3rd SEPTEMBER

WE WILL BE CLOSED FROM MONDAY 8TH TO FRIDAY 12 MARCH 2010. ALL ORDERS PLACED BY 12 NOON ON 7TH MARCH WILL BE POSTED IN THE COLLECTION ON 8TH MARCH - ALL ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER THIS TIME WILL BE POSTED ON 15TH MARCH.
