HOURS OF BUSINESS

Pretty Creative was set up to enable me to work from home whilst being on hand to care for my 3 school aged children as and when they need me. It is important to me to have this flexibility as I live in a remote area with no childcare facilities.

With this in mind, my normal working hours are:

Monday: 1.00 to 4.30pm
Tuesday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

Please take into consideration the fact that , on occasion, they or I can be ill, and so I reduce my working hours accordingly, catching up when back at full strength.

Also, delivery times may take a little longer during school half term and summer holidays and I ask for your empathy and understanding on this. I endeavour to process orders within 3-4 working days at these times. Please note that Pretty Creative is strictly mail order only and I do not offer facilities for the collection of orders nor the ability to physically view my products before dispatch. Please respect my family's privacy regarding this matter.

SHROVETIDE - FEBRUARY HALF TERM HOLIDAY - Saturday 2nd Feb - Monday 11th February.

EASTER BANK HOLIDAY-Good Friday 21st March / Easter Monday 24th March PLUS Tuesday 25th March

AFTER EASTER HOLIDAY - Saturday 5th April - Sunday 20th April.

MAY DAY: MONDAY 5TH MAY.

SPRING BANK HOLIDAY: Saturday 24th May - Sunday 1st June

SUMMER HOLIDAYS: Thursday 24th July - Monday 8th September

OCTOBER HALF TERM: Saturday 25th October -Sunday 2nd November

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS: Saturday 20th December - Sunday 4th January 2009.

SUMMER CLOSURE:
Pretty Creative will be closed from 3pm Thursday 24th July to 9am Tuesday 5th August. Orders may be placed via the website or by post during this period and will be dispatched in strictly date order received from 5th August 2008. Thank you for your co-operation.
