4.5 inch diameter ( approx 12cm) flexible band, stretches to fit an adult or child - just ease it outwards gently to keep it in shape

Band is 3mm wide, smooth on the outside, ridged on the inside for grip, with a hole at each end, handy for attaching a comb to for added security!
